Founded in 1996, AXIS was established by a group of professionals with a shared vision: to deliver world-class loss adjusting services grounded in technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail.
AXIS grew into a trusted international brand, recognised for its professionalism, integrity, and effective solutions across diverse industries. By 2007, the firm had expanded to more than 100 professionals across the Caribbean, the Americas, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. During this period, the Jakarta office was established to lead the firm’s operations in Asia Pacific.
In 2013, AXIS Holding was acquired by York Risk Services Group. However, AXIS Indonesia was excluded from the acquisition following a decision by the shareholders of AXIS Holding. From that point onward, the Jakarta practice continued to operate independently.
In 2016, the ownership and management of AXIS Indonesia were fully consolidated in Indonesia. The firm continued its operations from Jakarta with the same experienced team, professional standards, and complete independence in serving its clients.

AXIS established its Jakarta office in 2007 to lead its operations across the Asia-Pacific region. The office was built around a highly skilled team of loss adjusters with strong engineering backgrounds and extensive industry experience.
