The Axis organisation was established in 1996 formed by a group of like-minded individuals whose stated aim was to provide a first class loss adjusting service, allied to technical competence and meticulous attention to detail. From these small beginnings a first rate company has steadily evolved, which now enjoys one of the strongest brand reputations amongst its peers. As an organisation we have never sought work we could not properly service, either by skill or size.
By early 2007, Axis had grown to a staff of more than 100 employees operating from office locations throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America, the USA, the UK and Middle East with associate representation in most other parts of the world.

Axis in Indonesia
The Board of Directors made a policy decision to expand their presence in Asia Pacific during 2007. To compliment an existing network of representative offices from India to Australia a regional office was established during the second half of 2007 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The intention was to establish an office manned by technical adjusters with all-round engineering experience which, coupled with many years adjusting experience, would provide the most technically capable adjusting team in Indonesia.
The team is able to work in Commercial Property, Casualty, and Energy classes of business. In general our services include:

Staffing
The intention is to staff the offices with top quality experienced adjusters and to develop a younger generation of adjusters who will benefit from their association with their more experienced peers. This succession planning for the company provides continuity in service to instructing insurers with whom Axis has given a long term commitment.
Long-term Commitment
Axis has made a financial commitment to the Asia Pacific development plan and wishes to engage in long-term relationships with instructing insurers/underwriters.
